- Reside in a nursing facility
- Immunosuppressed
- Radiologically documented vesicoureteral reflux while on an intermittent catheterization program
- Spinal cord injured female with neurogenic bladder (during pregnancy only)
- Recurring urinary tract infections (UTI) while on a program of clean intermittent catheterization.
Recurring UTI’s are considered when you experienced two documented UTI’s within a 12-months period, while on a program of clean intermittent catheterization with lubricant.
